OUR POLICY IS TO COMBINE PARCELS ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
LOT TIE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LISTED ON A DEED OR SURVEY
REQUIRED BY MUNICIPALITY FOR PURPOSES OF OBTAINING A BUILDING PERMIT
A Request for Combination Form must be completed in our office. Parcels being combined must be titled the same, have the same assessment classification, and be located in the same taxing district prior to signing the form.
